Description

The c.52G>A (p.A18T) alteration is located in exon 2 (coding exon 2) of the CAPZA2 gene. This alteration results from a G to A substitution at nucleotide position 52, causing the alanine (A) at amino acid position 18 to be replaced by a threonine (T).
