Description

The c.1033T>C (p.Y345H) alteration is located in exon 5 (coding exon 5) of the CDCP1 gene. This alteration results from a T to C substitution at nucleotide position 1033, causing the tyrosine (Y) at amino acid position 345 to be replaced by a histidine (H). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear.
