Description

The c.421C>A (p.H141N) alteration is located in exon 4 (coding exon 4) of the CA6 gene. This alteration results from a C to A substitution at nucleotide position 421, causing the histidine (H) at amino acid position 141 to be replaced by an asparagine (N).
