Description

The c.1444A>G (p.T482A) alteration is located in exon 4 (coding exon 4) of the ZNF257 gene. This alteration results from a A to G substitution at nucleotide position 1444, causing the threonine (T) at amino acid position 482 to be replaced by an alanine (A).
