Description

The c.125C>A (p.P42H) alteration is located in exon 1 (coding exon 1) of the KRTAP4-3 gene. This alteration results from a C to A substitution at nucleotide position 125, causing the proline (P) at amino acid position 42 to be replaced by a histidine (H). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear.
