Description

The c.2656A>G (p.I886V) alteration is located in exon 23 (coding exon 23) of the PREX1 gene. This alteration results from a A to G substitution at nucleotide position 2656, causing the isoleucine (I) at amino acid position 886 to be replaced by a valine (V).
