Description

The c.770G>A (p.R257Q) alteration is located in exon 4 (coding exon 3) of the ARHGEF16 gene. This alteration results from a G to A substitution at nucleotide position 770, causing the arginine (R) at amino acid position 257 to be replaced by a glutamine (Q).
