Description

The c.425A>G (p.Y142C) alteration is located in exon 3 (coding exon 2) of the SDR42E1 gene. This alteration results from a A to G substitution at nucleotide position 425, causing the tyrosine (Y) at amino acid position 142 to be replaced by a cysteine (C).
