Description

The c.667T>A (p.L223I) alteration is located in exon 7 (coding exon 7) of the SH3GL3 gene. This alteration results from a T to A substitution at nucleotide position 667, causing the leucine (L) at amino acid position 223 to be replaced by an isoleucine (I). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear.
