Description

The c.4649A>G (p.H1550R) alteration is located in exon 22 (coding exon 22) of the PPL gene. This alteration results from a A to G substitution at nucleotide position 4649, causing the histidine (H) at amino acid position 1550 to be replaced by an arginine (R).
