Description

The c.1564G>A (p.A522T) alteration is located in exon 8 (coding exon 7) of the FASTKD1 gene. This alteration results from a G to A substitution at nucleotide position 1564, causing the alanine (A) at amino acid position 522 to be replaced by a threonine (T).
