Description

The c.504G>T (p.K168N) alteration is located in exon 1 (coding exon 1) of the HIST1H1C gene. This alteration results from a G to T substitution at nucleotide position 504, causing the lysine (K) at amino acid position 168 to be replaced by an asparagine (N). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear.
