Description

The c.2578T>A (p.L860M) alteration is located in exon 20 (coding exon 19) of the HDAC5 gene. This alteration results from a T to A substitution at nucleotide position 2578, causing the leucine (L) at amino acid position 860 to be replaced by a methionine (M). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear.
