Description

The c.212A>C (p.H71P) alteration is located in exon 1 (coding exon 1) of the HOXD8 gene. This alteration results from a A to C substitution at nucleotide position 212, causing the histidine (H) at amino acid position 71 to be replaced by a proline (P).
