Description

The c.3521C>T (p.A1174V) alteration is located in exon 26 (coding exon 25) of the SEC31B gene. This alteration results from a C to T substitution at nucleotide position 3521, causing the alanine (A) at amino acid position 1174 to be replaced by a valine (V).
