Description

The c.620C>T (p.S207L) alteration is located in exon 5 (coding exon 4) of the ST6GALNAC4 gene. This alteration results from a C to T substitution at nucleotide position 620, causing the serine (S) at amino acid position 207 to be replaced by a leucine (L).
