Description

The c.1087C>G (p.Q363E) alteration is located in exon 2 (coding exon 2) of the TCHH gene. This alteration results from a C to G substitution at nucleotide position 1087, causing the glutamine (Q) at amino acid position 363 to be replaced by a glutamic acid (E).
