Description

The c.241G>A (p.G81R) alteration is located in exon 4 (coding exon 3) of the FAM19A4 gene. This alteration results from a G to A substitution at nucleotide position 241, causing the glycine (G) at amino acid position 81 to be replaced by an arginine (R).
