Description

The c.214C>A (p.P72T) alteration is located in exon 4 (coding exon 3) of the ZNF471 gene. This alteration results from a C to A substitution at nucleotide position 214, causing the proline (P) at amino acid position 72 to be replaced by a threonine (T).
