Description

The c.475C>A (p.Q159K) alteration is located in exon 4 (coding exon 4) of the ZNF844 gene. This alteration results from a C to A substitution at nucleotide position 475, causing the glutamine (Q) at amino acid position 159 to be replaced by a lysine (K).
