Description

The c.204G>T (p.L68F) alteration is located in exon 1 (coding exon 1) of the PLK3 gene. This alteration results from a G to T substitution at nucleotide position 204, causing the leucine (L) at amino acid position 68 to be replaced by a phenylalanine (F).
