Description

The c.124G>A (p.A42T) alteration is located in exon 1 (coding exon 1) of the KRT3 gene. This alteration results from a G to A substitution at nucleotide position 124, causing the alanine (A) at amino acid position 42 to be replaced by a threonine (T).
