dbVar Submission Template

dbVar accepts data in Excel and VCF. To submit in Excel, download and complete the template below. To submit in VCF, generate a VCF file according to the instructions below. NOTE: VCF can accommodate only the variant calls portion of your submission; metadata must still be entered into the Excel template, and both files submitted for a VCF submission.

Please email your completed submission to dbvar@ncbi.nlm.nih.gov. If your file is too large to email, contact us to make other arrangements.
