EV33+34 mRNA levels in Wild-type versus ddm1 Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings

(Submitter supplied) The two samples in this series are complementary hybridizations in a dye-swap analysis. Below is the normalized result of the paired dye swap samples EV33 and EV34. The ANOVA model of Kerr, Martin and Churchill (2000) was used to analyze the data from the dye-swap experiments, with terms included to account for gene, dye-by-gene, treatment-by-gene, and random error terms. Arabidopsis thaliana (ecotype Columbia) chromosome 4 knob genomic tiling array

(Submitter supplied) This array includes 1724 PCR products, mostly 1kb long, designed to cover sequentially a 1.5 Mb region 1201322-2673088 on the short arm of chromosome 4, plus an additional thirty-six 10kb regions located on the 5 chromosomes. As spots are printed in duplicate or triplicate on the slide, the total number of features is 5743.
