(Submitter supplied) Our laboratory identified robust recurrent DNA double-strand break (DSB) cluster (“RDC”) genes in mouse neural stem/progenitor cells (NSPCs) by applying the high-throughput, genome-wide, translocation sequencing (HTGTS) method.
