Visium Spatial Transcriptomics expression profiles from IPMN samples of the pancreas

(Submitter supplied) Intraductal Papillary Mucinous Neoplasms (IPMN) are pancreatic mucinous cysts that can progress to cancer. We used spatial transcriptomics to characterize the epithelium and microenvironment of IPMN samples of different grades and histological subtypes.
