Cell-type-specific gene expression profiling using ribosome affinity purification

(Submitter supplied) Post-transcriptional regulation including mRNA binding to ribosomes plays an important role in determining cell-type-specific gene expression patterns. Here, we applied an approach that profiles cell-type-specific mRNAs.
