RNASeq analysis to detect any molecular changes in skin of Dlx4 ablated mice compared to Wild type littermates.

(Submitter supplied) DLX4 is a member of DLX family of mammalian homeobox genes and cis linked sister gene of Dlx3. Misexpression of Dlx4 is associated with tumorigenicity. However,Dlx4 role in epidermal development and homeostasis is not characterized. In this study, we compared Wild type (DLX4-WT) and DLX4 deficient (DLX4-KO) Skin transcriptomes.
