(Submitter supplied) Several inherited arrhythmias primarily affect the right ventricle, including Brugada syndrome and arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy, however the molecular basis of this chamber predilection is not well understood. Right and left ventricular cardiomyocytes derive from distinct progenitor populations.
