Genome-scanning of Amazonian Plasmodium falciparum shows subtelomeric instability and clindamycin resistant parasites

(Submitter supplied) Here we fully characterize the genomes of 14 Plasmodium falciparum patient isolates taken recently from the Iquitos regions using genome-scanning, a microarray-based technique which delineates the majority of single-base changes, indels and copy number variants distinguishing the coding regions of two clones. Winzeler Lab Plasmodium tiling array (Pftilingb520509)

(Submitter supplied) The probe mapping has changed from the original Affymetrix design since the genome assembly has changed. Pftiling_chrprobes_v6.0 contains the probe mapping information relative to the new genome assembly. Pftiling_probeseqs.txt contains the probe sequence information, and the original .bpmap file from Affymetrix is also provided below.
