Human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, young vs. old donors, early vs. late passages

(Submitter supplied) Mesenchymal stem/stromal cells (MSCs) with immunosuppressive properties are increasingly used in advanced cellular therapies. Since the clinical use of hMSCs demands sequential cell expansions, we studied the effect of cell doublings on the phospholipid profile as well as functionality of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (hBMSCs). In addition to the structural role of phospholipids in cell membranes, they provide precursors for eicosanoids and other signalling lipids modulating cellular functions. more...

Agilent-028004 SurePrint G3 Human GE 8x60K Microarray (Feature Number version)

(Submitter supplied) SurePrint G3 Human GE 8x60K Microarray Arrays of this design have barcodes that begin with 16028004 or 2528004. Orientation: Features are numbered numbered Left-to-Right, Top-to-Bottom as scanned by an Agilent scanner (barcode on the left, DNA on the back surface, scanned through the glass), matching the FeatureNum output from Agilent's Feature Extraction software. The ID column represents the Agilent Feature Extraction feature number. more...
