Enables D-glucose transmembrane transporter activity and urate transmembrane transporter activity. Involved in urate transport. Acts upstream of or within D-glucose transmembrane transport. Located in apical plasma membrane and basolateral plasma membrane. Is expressed in several structures, including early conceptus; heart; liver; metanephros; and thymus primordium.
