Involved in several processes, including glycerophospholipid metabolic process; intestinal stem cell homeostasis; and plasma lipoprotein particle assembly. Acts upstream of or within regulation of plasma lipoprotein particle levels. Located in endoplasmic reticulum membrane. Is expressed in several structures, including adrenal gland; alimentary system; central nervous system; hemolymphoid system; and liver.
