CCNY was significantly upregulated in ovarian cancer cell lines and tissues. Significant association was observed between CCNY expression and clinicopathological stage and lymph node metastasis. It significantly exacerbated proliferation, migration, and invasion of A2780 cells, in vitro and in nude mice. It significantly increased c-Myc, cyclin D1, PFTK1, ki67, and OGT protein expressions in xenograft tumor tissues.
