Manufacture protocol Arabidopsis GST products were produced by PCR as part of the CATMA Project (see Catma website www.catma.org. These were spotted using a Biorobotics TASII instrument using 24 pins split pins with a 26 by 26 grid pattern for each pin. Slides used were aminosilane treated Corning UltraGapII slides. Slides were checked for quality post spotting through staining each slide was bar coded and tracked individually.
