Description 4 X 44K array; a total of 11,940 60-mer oligonucleotides with 20-nucleotide spacing were generated based on the MHV68/Murid herpesvirus 4 genomic sequence (NCBI RefSeq NC_001826) to enable triple probe coverage of every nucleotide of both strands of the virus.
