Description A dataset of 57,386 quality-filtered predicted unigenes were submitted for probe design and production of the high-density microarray. Two oligoprobes were selected for each sequence, one on the sense strand and one on the anti-sense strand, based on highest hybridization specicifity. The IRHS_ARyANE_v1.0 chip contains a total of 126,022 probes for sense and antisense predicted coding genes and microRNA genes. Annotation is based on the v1.0 apple genome version, MalDomGD1.0.
