19800 total probes, comprising: 18,664 unique genes from CompuGen Human OligoLibrary V1.0 (cat# HUMLIB384); 748 custom probes and 388 internal controls. Each oligo has a 5' C6-amino linker enabling covalent attachment to the substrate. Oligonucleotides were resuspended in phosphate buffer and printed onto Codelink slides (GE Healthcare, Amersham, St.Giles, UK) using a Biorobotics TAS microarray system. Probe labeling was performed using the Genisphere 350HS labeling system (Hatfield, PA, USA) according to the manufacturer?s standard protocol.
