Description The NIA_Mouse_15K_Array platform is composed of cDNAs from the NIA Mouse 15K cDNA clone collection, thereby allowing easy retrieval of clones that yield interesting array results. NIA Mouse 15K is derived from several early embryonic cDNA libraries, including blastocyst, preimplantation, embryonic stem cells, trophoblast stem cells, embryonic germ cells, and others.

This platform information was designed to allow submissions for any array based on the NIA Mouse 15K cDNA clone set. IDs for this platform are the same as clone IDs in the NIA collection.
