Description NimbleGen design name 090824_L_saxatilis_expr_HX12, NimbleGen OID231110. A 12X135K (12-plex high-density) expression array for 25,205 transcripts from Littorina saxatilis with five 60 nt probes per transcript. The design also includes probes to four genomic BACs (577,000 nt in total), 8,022 nt mt DNA, few heterologous mollusc transcripts, random GC and other control probes.
