Manufacture protocol This microarray is printed in duplicate with Operon's The Yeast Genome Oligo Set Version 1.0 contains 6,388 70mer probes representing 6,388 Saccharomyces cerevisiae open reading frames (ORFs). All probes were designed from the Saccharomyces Genome Database (SGD) at Stanford University (Palo Alto, CA, USA) (http://genome-www.stanford.edu/Saccharomyces/). The probes are Tm normalized to 73ºC (±5ºC) and have a 5' amino linker. The concentration of all probes are normalized to 40 micromolar and printed on NUNC poly-L-lysine coated slides using BioRad VersArray Chipwriter Pro.
