Manufacture protocol
The MWG zebrafish 14k array oligo set (MWG Biotech AG, Ebersbach, Germany) consists of 14067 zebrafish specific genes based on the NCBI Genbank release 128.0. Every gene is represented by one oligonucleotide. 173 Arabidopsis genes serve as negative controls. Spotting of the oligo set on poly-L-lysine-cotted glass slides was performed by the Leiden Genome Technology Centre (University of Leiden, NL, for details see Meijer et al., 2005).
