Description
PCR primers were designed for 1954 ORFs from the completed genomic sequence of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae L20 which comprised 2012 ORFs. Good amplicons of length greater than 160 nt were obtained for 1846 ORFs representing 92% coverage of ORFs. All amplicons are spotted in duplicate on the microarray and sheared total genomic DNA from A. pleuropneumoniae L20 and porcine DNA were spotted in the bottom row of each subarray as controls.
