Title Transcriptome wide analysis of Cnot3 target mRNA in mouse hearts

Summary Through RNA immunoprecipitation with anti-Cnot3 antiboy from mouse heart lysates and RNA-seq (Cnot3 RIP-seq) and gene ontology analyses, we show the comprehensive picute of cardiac Cnot3 target genes.
Overall design mRNA expression profiles in anti-Cnot3 IgG RIP, control IgG RIP and Input (heart lysates of 4 week old mice) (N=2 experiments) were generated by RNA sequencing. RNA was extracted using TRIZOL reagent (Invitrogen). RNA sequencing was conducted in the laboratory of Yutaka Suzuki, The University of Tokyo (Tokyo, Japan).
