Title |
RNASeq analysis to detect any molecular changes in skin of Dlx4 ablated mice compared to Wild type littermates. |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
DLX4 is a member of DLX family of mammalian homeobox genes and cis linked sister gene of Dlx3. Misexpression of Dlx4 is associated with tumorigenicity. However,Dlx4 role in epidermal development and homeostasis is not characterized. In this study, we compared Wild type (DLX4-WT) and DLX4 deficient (DLX4-KO) Skin transcriptomes.

Overall design |
Total RNA was extracted from dorsal skin of Dlx4-WT and Dlx4-KO mice at P1 and P60. cDNA libraries were generated using NEBnext and NuGen kits. Sequencing was performed on the HiSeq3000.
