Title Impacts of Z. mobilis sRNAs Zms4 and Zms6 overexpression on gene networks
Organism Zymomonas mobilis
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary The induction of Z. mobilis sRNAs Zms4 and Zms6 reveals their regulatory impacts on gene networks.

Overall design RNA-sequencing of total RNA from three Z. mobilis strains: inducible plasmid overexpression of Zms4, inducible plasmid overexpression of Zms6, and the wild type. Transcript abundances were compared before and after induction with biological duplicates.
