Title Genome-wide maps of chromatin state in EndoC-βH1 Cells
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We report the actively transcribed chromatin regions in EndoC-βH1 Cells that are associated with histone H3 lysine 27 acetylation mark.

Overall design Examination the histone modification H3K27Ac in EndoC-βH1 Cells by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina Hiseq 2500.
