Title RNA-seq analysis from epididymis and testis of ArKI mice

Summary We generated a mouse model (ArKI) in which the two conserved SUMO acceptor lysines of androgen receptor (AR) were permanently abolished by converting them to arginines (ArK381R, K500R). RNA-seq was used to analyse how the lack of AR SUMOylation affects the gene expression pattern of selected tissues.
Overall design Initial segment and caput epididymal and testicular mRNA profiles of adult wild type (WT) and ArKI (KI) mice were generated by deep sequencing using Illumina HiSeq 3000 system.
