Title Single cell RNAseq analysis of PTHrP+ dental follicle cells

Summary PTHrP is abundantly expressed by dental follicle cells. We set out to reveal single cell profiles of FACS-sorted PTHrP-mCherry+ cells isolated from the mandible.
Overall design mCherry+ cells were FACS-isolated from postnatal day 6 (P6) dental follicles of PTHrP-mCherry+ mandibular molars. ~8,000 cells were loaded onto 10X Genomic Chromium platform. cDNA was sequenced by Illumina HiSeq4000.
