Title Real-time quantitative PCR miRNA expression data of normal foetal adrenal neuroblasts and cortex cells, neuroblastoma tumors and embryonic stem cells
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by RT-PCR
Summary MiRNA expression of 8 embryonal stem cell lines, 7 normal foetal adrenal neuroblast samples, 7 normal foetal adrenal cortex samples and 95 neuroblastoma samples was profiled using RT-qPCR and normalized. These data are used to evaluate different miRNA expression signatures (for example an embryonic stem cell miRNA signature).

Overall design MiRNA expression of 8 embryonal stem cell lines, 7 normal foetal adrenal neuroblast samples, 7 normal foetal adrenal cortex samples and 95 neuroblastoma samples was profiled using RT-qPCR and normalized.
